This document outlines the professional standards, operational guidelines, and service terms between Mrs. Sparkle Cleaning Co. LLC and our valued clients. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a seamless and "sparkling" experience.

I. Pre-Cleaning Preparation Guide

To ensure the highest level of efficiency, we ask that you prepare your space so our team can focus on deep-cleaning surfaces rather than managing household clutter.

  • The "Clutter-Free" Standard: Please clear countertops, tables, and floors of personal items, toys, and paperwork.
  • Sink Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen sink is free of dishes. If you would like us to handle dishes, please add our Dishes Package to your booking.
  • Secure Valuables: Please store jewelry, fragile heirlooms, and sensitive documents in a secure location.
  • Climate Control: For the health and productivity of our technicians, please maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
  • Communication & Access: We strive for punctuality; please allow a 30-minute grace period for traffic. Ensure clear entry instructions (key, keypad code, alarm code, or presence of a household member) are provided.

II. Professional Standards & Supplies

We utilize state-of-the-art, best-practice procedures to protect your home and health.

  • Our Equipment: Our technicians are fully equipped with professional cleaning agents and microfiber towels.
  • Cross-Contamination Prevention: We use color-coded microfiber technology and disinfect all tools and supplies after each cleaning to provide an uncompromising layer of hygiene.

III. Cancellation & Weather Policies

Our cleaners' time is committed specifically to you. When a slot is canceled at the last minute, it cannot be filled.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • 1st Occurrence: $50 fee.
  • 2nd Occurrence: $100 fee.
  • 3rd Occurrence & Beyond: Full booking cost.
  • Travel Alternative: If you are traveling, consider allowing us to perform a "Deep Clean Reset" while you are away instead of canceling.
  • Inclement Weather: Mrs. Sparkle Cleaning Co. follows the Lindbergh School District weather closures. If Lindbergh schools are closed due to weather, our services are suspended. Cancellation fees are waived in these instances, and we will prioritize your rescheduling.

IV. Health, Safety & Specialized Requests

  • Environmental Safety: Our team is not equipped to handle biohazardous materials (mold, heavy infestations, animal/human waste). We will clean surrounding areas and notify you immediately for specialized remediation.
  • Pets (Luna's Friends): For the safety of your animals and our team, please secure pets in a crate or separate room if they are prone to biting, anxiety, or bolting.
  • Requests: Please email [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance for specific "do not disturb" zones or extra "sparkle" areas.

V. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Accepted Methods: ACH Transfer (Preferred), Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, Cash, or Check (payable to Mrs. Sparkle Cleaning Co. LLC).
  • Failed Payments: Declined credit cards incur a $25 administrative fee if not resolved within 24 hours. Returned checks incur a $35 NSF fee. Outstanding balances will result in service suspension.

VI. Liability & Property Care

We treat every home with the utmost professional care.

  • Breakage: While rare, we are limited to the repair or replacement value of the item. We ask that "irreplaceable" items be secured prior to cleaning.
  • Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage due to improper installation or inherent wear-and-tear (e.g., loose cabinet doors, pictures not professionally hung, or fragile blinds).
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to vacate a premises if the environment is deemed unsafe or if technicians encounter hostile occupants.

VII. The Mrs. Sparkle Guarantee

Our reputation is built on quality. If we miss something, please phone or email our office within 24 hours. We will return at our earliest convenience to rectify the issue and ensure your home meets our standards.
